		<description><![CDATA[Who has time to customize resumes and cover letters to each job posting?  Not me - I tried that already, but ended up spending way too much time on a small number of disinterested employers who rarely even sent me a form letter rejection notice.  

Now, I just apply to as many jobs as possible, using one standard resume.  A few followup calls and interviews are better than nothing, right?  Job searching is very much like the lottery - one must play enough times to have any measurable success.]]></description>
